About the Opportunity

We are pleased to offer a Corporate Senior Solicitor position with a leading international practice, based in Central Edinburgh.

This prestigious firm boasts a strong reputation across the UK, with a highly regarded Corporate team in Scotland. With rankings in Chambers and Legal 500, they seek to add a skilled senior corporate Solicitor to bolster their expanding Edinburgh-based practice.

This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded firm, noted for its impressive array of clients and regular awards.

You will undertake a variety of corporate instructions, including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partners, nurturing local and national client relationships, and promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe.

You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors across the complete spectrum of corporate services.

The Candidate

  • An established senior corporate Solicitor, with a growing network of connections in Edinburgh
  • Enthused by undertaking a lead role and support in client tenders/business development
  • Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Edinburgh
  • Strong work ethic and commercial acumen
  • Motivated to progress and drive growth
