Job Title: Part Time Telephone Receptionist

Isokinetic Medical Group, a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Patient Administrator to join their team of Sports Medicine professionals.

The role is integral to the Administration Team at Isokinetic Medical Group London, composed of both front office administrators and back office managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient and physician schedules, bookkeeping, file management, and office organisation.

To ensure a smooth running of the Clinic, the Receptionist should be confident, professional, and reliable with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Greet patients upon arrival and sign them in.
  • Obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
  • Provide patients with intake and new patient forms.
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, administrative, and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.

Fluent English is a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Weekend Availability: Required
