Join Our Team as a Part Time Telephone Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Telephone Receptionist to join our team at Bower Search. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, this role is crucial in making a great impression and setting the tone for our exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the switchboard and manage incoming calls
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Monitor meeting room bookings and maintain the presentation of the office area
  • Organize and set up catering for clients or team social events
  • Manage stationery and kitchen supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized environment
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team as required

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working front of house in a boutique office environment, preferably with exposure to ultra-high net worth clients
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
