About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Land Referencing Specialist to join our team at Fisher German. As a key member of our Infrastructure Services Division, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality land referencing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and manage land referencing information in our ownership database.
  • Apply land referencing methodologies and processes to support project delivery.
  • Prepare and package mail merges with corresponding plans and Land Interest Questionnaires.
  • Conduct site visits and notice land owners as required.
  • Manage and interpret data associated with land and related reporting.
  • Review complex title documents to identify minor interests in land.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the book of reference.
Requirements
  • Degree in geography, land surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in land referencing, particularly on major projects.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving license.
