Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our Global Business Development Team within our Research and Development function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product and technology development in key projects, improving existing designs, and resolving manufacturing or quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product and technology development streams in various projects
  • Deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets
  • Plan, organize, and safely execute product line trials with development and production teams, providing leadership and guidance
  • Participate in product trials at customer facilities
  • Manage projects – end-to-end and in close collaboration with our Commercial and Supply Chain functions
Requirements
  • Evidence of sound scientific and technical knowledge
  • Examples of successfully managed innovation projects (product launches)
