With over 25 years of experience, our Branas Isaf service offers an exceptional integrated approach that combines education, therapy, and therapeutic care for young individuals facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and complex interpersonal challenges.
As a Childcare Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to guide our young clients towards a deeper understanding of their past behaviors. This role is crucial in helping them enhance their interpersonal skills, initially within a therapeutic home setting and eventually in the broader community.
Our team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing a wealth of transferable skills from various sectors.
Key Requirements
- Experience in a Residential Childcare Environment (Preferred)
- Level 3 in Children's and Young People or equivalent (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Driver (company provides a vehicle during working hours)
- Availability for unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
- Ability to work a shift pattern of 2 days on, plus night sleep, followed by 4 days off in a rolling rota
