Key Responsibilities:
Technical/Project Delivery
- Lead, manage, or provide technical inputs to a variety of projects, including environmental impact assessment and/or environmental permitting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into project design and decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality reports, documents, and presentations to communicate complex environmental concepts.
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute to the improvement of services.
- Mentor and train team members.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue strategic bid opportunities to strengthen team capability.
- Develop and maintain client relationships built on trust and delivery.
- Identify new offerings to meet client needs.
- Develop and submit proposals ranging from routine to complex projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in environmental consultancy with a track record in winning work and delivering environmental impact assessment and consenting projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Professional certification or membership in a relevant professional organization is advantageous.
- Years' experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications.
