We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Maintenance and Small Works Manager to join our team at Link Contracting Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional maintenance and planned works to retail and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and schedule engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Verify risk assessments and method statements to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Oversee quality control of engineers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Split time between office work and site visits, with approximately 60% of the role being office-based and 40% on site visits
Requirements:
  • Electrical trade background and good gas knowledge
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional results
  • Full driving licence
