Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, delivering professional and responsive customer service through various communication channels.
  • Proactively address residents' inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction and fostering a positive experience.
  • Organize appointments and liaise with specialized support teams for seamless service delivery.

  • Previous involvement in resident-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence in handling challenging conversations.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Desirable Attributes:
  • Experience in a call center or direct housing repair services.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and software.
