Our team at Harrods is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Furniture Connoisseur to join our esteemed Fabric Library department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our extensive range of luxury home decor products, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury home decor products, including fabrics, furniture, and accessories.
• Provide personalized customer service, offering expert advice and guidance to clients on selecting the perfect products for their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to ensure the highest level of product knowledge.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for luxury home decor and exceptional customer service skills. You will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and be confident in using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
