As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a world-class experience for every client.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury home decor products, including fabrics, furniture, and interior design trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product launches, and competitor activity to ensure the team is always ahead of the curve.
