Accountant - Client Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated accounting professional to join our team as an Accountant - Client Account Manager. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional accounting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and undertake audits and accounts work, both in-house and at client locations.
- Review work and assist in the training of trainees.
- You have experience working within a generalist accountancy practice managing a portfolio of clients varying in both size and sector.
- You're ACCA or ICAEW qualified.
- You have a thorough understanding of the fundamental principles underpinning bookkeeping, accounts, audit, and tax and a good current compliance knowledge.
- You're proficient in accountancy and office software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Excel).
- You're keen to provide an outstanding and professional service to our clients ensuring exceptional advice and maximum added value.
- You're used to taking ownership of your work and demonstrating a proactive approach with strong commercial awareness.
