We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Performance Manager to join our team at Career Moves. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content and media projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences, including written content, media presentations, and production proposals.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and prioritize project work, including selecting methods to achieve project objectives, designing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand technical details of client projects and products, assessing client requests to make creative decisions in line with long-term objectives and leadership decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to communicate knowledge related to a broad set of tasks, assist teams in using media tools or technologies, and facilitate collaboration to ensure alignment with project vision and plan.
  • Content Quality: Develop additional skills through experimentation and investigation, and learn techniques for improving content quality.
Requirements
  • Analytical Approach: Possess a foundational understanding of creative and media content creation and/or design, development, writing, production, publishing, and operations processes.
