About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all building facilities meet health and safety requirements
  • Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety standards
  • Organize and plan building installations and refurbishments
  • Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
  • Handle insurance contracts
  • Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in facilities management
