Job Role: Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to work alongside the Sales & Marketing Director in developing high-quality sales leads for our own growth. The ultimate goal is to position The Lead Gen Specialists as a market leader through strategic online marketing practices and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning of Marketing Campaigns: Develop, deploy, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns with a deep understanding of our ICP.
  • Website Management: Monitor user engagement and experience, enhance the UX and ROI, and implement SEO best practices throughout the site and with new content.
  • Social Media Management: Create high-quality and engaging content for prospects and clients to engage with, and optimise the content published to encourage audience engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and rich content, including SEO Optimised blogs and articles, thought-provoking Whitepapers and Marketing Reports.
  • Email Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage all email marketing campaigns and content, monitoring email performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing tools such as GoogleAnalytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Hotjar, and SEMrush.
  • Ability to create high-quality and engaging content for various channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to implement them.
  • Experience in developing and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns.
