Financial Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA Billing Department as a Finance Excel Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our invoicing process.
Key Responsibilities- Invoice Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, including auditing and formatting final invoices for electronic dispatch to customers.
- Billing Inquiries and Disputes: Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from internal customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working closely with internal business units, including Sales, Order Entry, Revenue Accounting, and Collections teams.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist with billing KPI reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and participate in projects related to billing process improvements and system upgrades.
- Willingness to Learn: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
- Technical Skills: Possess good knowledge of Excel, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Ability to speak a foreign language is not essential, but highly desirable.
- Accounting Principles: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, with flexibility around month, quarter, and financial year end.
