The Role

  • Link data and technology with creativity to provide data-driven insights and solutions to our clients' business challenges.
  • Partner with our internal data teams to ensure seamless collaboration and solve complex data-driven challenges.
  • Develop and maintain data systems, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights that drive business decisions and enhance client campaigns.
  • Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to implement best practices.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has an inquisitive and analytical mindset.
  • Is ambitious and career-driven.
  • Has previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Is proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Has a solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Has experience in customer journey analysis and planning.
  • Has a degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • Has attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
