Estate Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Estates Team Leader to join our client's team at HMP Lindholme, Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on-site and be part of a dynamic team that delivers facilities services to buildings in line with contractual commitments.
The role is based on-site and is initially for 3 months, with a view for extension and the option to go permanent for the right person. You will work 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day running of the estate, ensuring facilities services are delivered to a high standard.
- Conduct team briefings and inductions, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
- Check and sign contractors' timesheets, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Carry out toolbox talks and ensure H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
- Full driving licence.
- Previous experience of working within the facilities/estate management area.
- Strong background in building maintenance and compliance.
