About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthcare Transformation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation and delivery of health and care programmes across our region. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies and priorities that meet the needs of our local population.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of health and care programmes across our region.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies and priorities.
  • Manage projects to ensure effective planning and delivery.
  • Collaborate with other organizations to coordinate and deliver transformation, resilience, and sustainability of our local health and care system.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience of coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.
  • Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment.
  • Understanding of the public sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Healthcare environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Ability to produce concise yet insightful communications for dissemination to senior stakeholders.
