The Hyde Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Services Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional estate services at Rochester Riverside.

As a leading provider of affordable housing in London, the South-East, and surrounding areas, The Hyde Group is committed to providing safe and decent homes that empower residents to reach their full potential.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing success of Rochester Riverside by collaborating with service providers, managing contracts, and maintaining budget control.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Joint Venture partners to oversee the growth and management of the Rochester Riverside estate.
  • Effectively manage contractual relationships with service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and quality delivery.
  • Lead budget planning and monitoring processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Rochester Riverside Managing Agent Board, addressing concerns and facilitating effective contractor performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents by actively involving them in program discussions and responding to their feedback.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team, fostering a culture of high-performance service delivery.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in contract management, ideally within estate or property services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and control costs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous management experience.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety compliance regulations, including Asbestos, COSHH, and CDM (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with residents and service providers.
