About the Role
- Champion safety and environmental stewardship and drive continuous improvement
- Proven track record in a similar HSE role, ideally within the manufacturing or food and beverage industry
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and implement effective solutions
- Capable of leading safety training sessions and driving a positive safety culture
- Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards
- Ensure all operations comply with HSE regulations and company policies, keeping up to date with changes in legislation
- Plan and execute regular safety audits across the site to identify areas for improvement
- Manage waste, energy use, and environmental impact to support the company's sustainability goals
- Deliver engaging HSE training sessions to staff at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements
