Job Title: Program Manager Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager Staff to join our team at Confluent Medical Technologies. As a Program Manager Staff, you will be responsible for leading medical device projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, plan, execute, and close medical device projects
  • Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines
  • Lead cross-functional teams through a systematic Stage Gate product development process
  • Organize and present key project metrics, progress, and risks during Project Reviews
  • Multi-task between projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Engineering, MS Degree in Engineering preferred
  • 6-8 years of project management experience in a regulated environment
  • PMP Certification and/or Professional Project Management Certificate preferred
