About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Professional to join our team as a Vehicle Technical Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for cars and a technical background to work with one of the biggest car brands in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical advice and support to customers and Authorised Repairers
  2. Record and maintain accurate data in a computer system
  3. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Dealer, Team Leader, and Project Management
  4. Liaise with Ford personnel, especially from the Liive Wall team
  5. Maintain high-quality standards and response rates
Requirements
  1. City and Guilds or NVQ L3, high voltage IMI level 3 desirable
  2. Customer service experience an advantage, but not essential
  3. Confident in technical concern resolution and logical thought processes
  4. Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with polite and courteous customer service skills
  5. Strong self-starter with minimal supervision
