About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Tester/Yard Operative to join our team at Wernick Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our modular buildings and portable cabins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct electrical testing and rewiring of portable cabins and modular buildings to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Perform site visits to carry out repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Carry out PAT testing of appliances to ensure they are safe for use.
  • Assist in the general refurbishment of cabins and modular buildings in our yard.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical testing and rewiring, with a strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a demanding workload.
  • Desirable: CSCS card or equivalent, experience in the portable accommodation industry.
