We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group, a leading UK food manufacturing company. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and Monitor Quality Management Systems: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead Quality Assurance Team: Supervise and coordinate the Quality Assurance team to ensure effective quality control and assurance practices.
- Collaborate with Production and Technical Teams: Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
- Ensure Food Safety: Implement measures to prevent food safety breaches and ensure that products are safe for consumption.
- Report to QA Manager: Take instructions from the QA Manager and report on quality and safety performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in Quality Assurance: Minimum one year experience in a factory setting with a proven track record of quality assurance expertise.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to adapt language and communication style.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in quality assurance, food safety, or a related field.
