Carbonplace Ltd, a leading global carbon credit transaction network, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Relationship Development Specialist to support the growth of the company and drive climate action. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Support the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of Carbonplace Ltd.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to track client interactions and sales activities, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Become the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular updates and reports on sales activities and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a positive experience and driving long-term relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and client relationships to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, with experience in the financial services industry a plus.
