About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at K3 Capital Group Ltd. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Sales Manager/Team Leader in a cold calling environment
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet their targets and KPIs
  • Capability to train and up-skill a team of Sales Executives
  • Excellent communication, listening, and coaching skills
  • Goal and results-driven individual
  • Experience of carrying out performance reviews and appraisals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong managerial and sales skills with ability to write and present reports
  • Ability to read and analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to multitask and work well under pressure
