Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Social Producer to contribute to our dynamic Social Pod dedicated to the needs of our client. This specialized team is formed from various sectors of the Publicis Groupe UK network, working collaboratively to deliver comprehensive social media solutions.

About the Role

This position encompasses a range of responsibilities across 'Always-on', Social First, and Campaign content ideation and production. You will collaborate with a larger creative and production department, which includes creative teams, strategists, designers, content creators, and client service professionals, ensuring all social media requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate resource allocation within the Social Pod, collaborating with the team to prioritize projects effectively.
  • Ensure appropriate prioritization of your projects in consultation with the broader team.
  • Oversee multiple projects throughout all stages, from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Manage review processes and presentations.

Essential Skills

  • Social Media Knowledge: A strong passion for creating content tailored to specific platforms.
  • Experience: Several years in an advertising agency or production setting with demonstrated social media expertise.
  • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of all social media channels and platform-specific creativity.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Operational Proficiency: Skilled in managing content calendars and optimizing workflows.
  • Budget Oversight: Experience in managing budgets, particularly for creators and influencers.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse creative teams.
  • Strategic Insight: Aligns content production with brand objectives and audience engagement.
