About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team at LEWIS, a global change marketing agency. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the efficient and effective running of their accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain a consultative relationship with the client, acting as the key contact for all marketing services, defining deadlines and service agreements whilst ensuring these are met consistently by the team.
- Work closely with the client to regularly review account performance, identifying and communicating opportunities for additional services, across all activation channels.
- Campaign Development
- Drive the team to develop compelling and impactful content and campaigns for clients.
- Work with strategy and account leads to define campaign propositions and activation plans.
- Account Management
- Work with the client and wider LEWIS team to ensure effective budget management.
- Play an integral role in the new business process, helping to generate content and presentation preparation, in addition to attendance at pitches.
- Performance Measurement
- Measure client growth and impact across the full spectrum of marketing channels.
- Communicate account performance internally, reports and provides strategic advice to the client based on measurable analytics.
- Team Management
- Assist with the management of junior staff across multiple accounts and support their development.
About You
- You will be an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Campaign Manager from a Marketing/Integrated background, preferably with both B2C and B2B knowledge.
- You will ideally have experience with running integrated marketing accounts and branding projects.
- Social media and content marketing experience will be beneficial.
- Impeccable attention to detail, project management and communication skills both written and verbal are also necessities to this role.
