Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and generate client invoices.
  • Supervise payroll and review payments to creditors.
  • Manage the corporate credit card scheme and maintain statutory books.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage external audits.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • 3+ years post-qualified experience.
  • Proven track record as a Financial Controller or similar role.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial and accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Skilled in analyzing financial data and producing easily understandable reports.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
