Marketing Campaign Specialist

Seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on customer marketing.

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from our Fleet office 2 days a week. Our client offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus scheme.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity
  • Design and deliver referral marketing and loyalty programs in the fintech space
  • Utilize marketing platforms such as HubSpot to drive decision-making

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points
  • Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Good stakeholder management and influencing ability

We are looking for a creative and data-driven individual who can drive customer marketing initiatives and contribute to the success of our client's marketing team.
