Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product development strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and meet customer needs
- Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective launches
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation
- Work closely with our Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in product development within the personal care industry
- Proven track record of successful product launches and development
