Job Title: Bank Residential Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bank Residential Team Leader to join our team at Shaw Healthcare. As a Bank Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and support to care staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.

Bank Contract - 0 Hours Shifts: Days - 07:45 - 20:15, Nights 20:00 - 08:00
