- Strong knowledge of crop production, pest management, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
