Domestic Abuse Refuge Practitioner

Red Snapper Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Abuse Refuge Practitioner to join their team in Coventry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to women and children affected by domestic abuse, ensuring their physical, mental, and social well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and assistance to women and children experiencing domestic abuse, creating a safe and confidential environment.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Services Manager and team to deliver efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement support strategies to meet the needs of women and children affected by domestic abuse.
  • Provide high-quality case work, 1:2:1 support, and advice to victims/survivors of domestic abuse.
  • Conduct safety planning and regular risk assessments to ensure the well-being of residents.

Requirements:

  • Current driving license and access to a vehicle.

Working Pattern:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 14:00pm - 19:00pm.

Salary:

£12,012.27 per annum (£22,523 per annum FTE).
