Job Title: Physiotherapist Band 7

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Atlantis Medical Ltd. As a Physiotherapist Band 7, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across various acute inpatient rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide advanced assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for patients with complex conditions
* Collaborate with Occupational Therapy colleagues for joint assessments and treatment plans
* Manage a caseload independently, contributing to patient flow through board rounds and ward meetings
* Identify patient care pathways and suitable discharge locations
* Mentor Band 5 physiotherapists and supervise physiotherapy students
* Support newly registered staff during their preceptorship

Requirements:

* BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration
* Experience in acute hospital settings and a minimum of four core rotations
* Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
