We are working with a well-established Insurance Brokerage to recruit an additional Insurance Adviser to join their team in Letchworth.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working 3 days a week, requiring previous Insurance experience. As an Insurance Adviser, you will work in a friendly environment where teamwork and positivity are valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers, both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Work on new business, MTA's, Claims, Renewals, and general admin tasks.
  • Develop relationships and work in a team environment.
  • Identify sales opportunities and think on your feet.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within the Insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good level of education and strong literacy & numeracy skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a team environment.
