Taxation Specialist

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD have the pleasure of working with a multi-site Accountancy Practice in Letchworth, seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a competitive starting salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, an excellent benefits package, and a genuine route to Partnership within the next few years.

The Accountancy Practice is a well-established business providing high-quality services to clients across various sectors. With a strong presence in Letchworth, they are now looking for a seasoned professional to lead their taxation department.

The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and advising clients on complex tax matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in taxation, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.

• Extensive experience in taxation, preferably within a senior leadership role
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
