About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our Procurement Contract team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing contractual expertise and support to our Commodity and Project Supply Management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the definition and implementation of procurement contractual policy and associated procurement contractual terms and conditions.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand procurement strategy for bids and technical and contractual requirements.
  • Analyze supplier proposals, identifying risks and assumptions, and advising on contractual implications.
  • Support negotiations and implementation of procurement contracts and resolve post-contract issues.
  • Contribute to the development of new procurement contract awareness material and coach internal stakeholders in contractual governance and policies.
Requirements
  • Studying towards a degree in Legal Contract Law or Business Law.
  • Interest in finding and implementing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Advanced English language skills, with French and German language skills a plus.
  • Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance or BPSS check.
