Job Title: Business Analyst Service Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven Business Analyst Service Management professional to support our Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (PEO-MLB) Logistics Integrated Information Solutions – Marine Corps (LI2S-MC) Program Office. The successful candidate will provide programmatic support for the Global Combat Support System Marine Corp (GCSS-MC) New Capabilities Development Team (NCD) project efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide programmatic support for multiple efforts simultaneously, identifying schedule conflicts and developing options to deconflict.
  • Generate weekly programmatic updates, reports, briefings, and presentations across project activities.
  • Collaborate with government and contractor staff to support program objectives.
  • Participate in program, acquisition, production, transition, and integration efforts, preparing meeting materials, briefs, and summarizing programmatic impacts.
  • Assist with the development, analysis, and review of acquisition documentation in accordance with acquisition statutes, regulations, and policies.
  • Identify, track, and develop remediation strategies in support of program and system risks.
  • Provide technical comments, questions, and recommendations regarding documentation and resulting impacts to program.
  • Assist with the development and review of program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Manage agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and capturing/tracking action items to closure.
  • Develop and update program processes, roles, responsibilities, and business rules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in IT and technical efforts supporting DoD information technology (IT) programs.
  • Preferred experience in DoD Program/IT Acquisition Management and support of BCAT/ACAT programs across the acquisition life cycle.
  • Preferred experience in supporting Agile software development projects.
  • Minimum Secret Security Clearance.
