Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans

Requirements

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, prioritizing resident needs and adapting to changing situations
  • Kind and compassionate approach, with a genuine interest in older people's needs and well-being
