Principal Scientist, Analytical Chemistry
In the role of Principal Scientist, you will leverage your expertise in analytical chemistry and your mastery of HPLC along with other analytical methodologies to thoroughly characterize Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), intermediates, and raw materials. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire analytical process, from the development and validation of analytical methods to providing essential analytical support and insights for chemistry initiatives, as well as presenting data and findings in collaborative team settings. You will also work closely with colleagues in process chemistry, showcasing strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities. This position is ideal for an analytical chemist who is enthusiastic about tackling complex and innovative projects while upholding high standards of quality and professionalism.

Develop, troubleshoot, and validate HPLC and other analytical methodologies. Lead analytical project teams while adhering to strict deadlines. Plan and prioritize tasks for yourself and others with minimal supervision. Implement new analytical techniques to support ongoing projects. Solve complex scientific challenges effectively. Work proficiently in a GMP-compliant laboratory. Clearly communicate findings and insights to clients. Mentor and guide junior team members.Qualifications:
PhD in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific field with substantial experience in an analytical laboratory. Expertise in troubleshooting and developing HPLC methods or other separation techniques such as SFC and/or GC. Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of various analytical methodologies. Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle. Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
