As a Practice Manager at mydentist, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our dual site practice in Weston Super Mare. This is a full-time and permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in dentistry.
About the Role
- Manage two practices located on Beaconsfield Road and Oxford Street, offering a mix of NHS and Private work with a stable core support team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, meet financial targets, and manage budgets.
- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and interpret financial data to make commercial decisions.
