About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Category Manager to join our team at Anaplan. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement sourcing and contracting across various categories, driving complex sourcing strategies, and leading contract negotiations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver optimal value to the business
  • Lead supplier selection, RFP, and negotiation processes to secure favorable contracts
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and drive process improvements
  • Analyze category spend and external market trends to inform sourcing decisions
  • Manage preferred supplier relationships and monitor performance
  • Drive change and innovation in procurement processes and practices
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in purchasing/sourcing with a focus on indirect spend
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management tools and Microsoft Office
