### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-Time HR Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide general and HR administrative tasks, including maintenance of employee records and assisting with HR documentation and reporting.
* Take minutes at meetings and ensure accurate and timely recording of decisions and actions.
* Utilize MS Office skills to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

### Requirements

* Strong administrative background with a focus on HR administration.
* Proficient in MS Office, with experience in HR software and systems an advantage.
* Previous HR experience is desirable, but not essential.
