About the Role
The University of Northampton is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Exchange Support and Bidding Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Knowledge Exchange team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating engagement with businesses and external organisations across all three academic faculties, institutes, and centres.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Knowledge Exchange leads and the wider team to develop and implement effective engagement strategies with businesses and external organisations.
• Provide support and guidance to academics and researchers in developing proposals and bids for knowledge exchange projects.
• Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses, external organisations, and academic partners.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of knowledge exchange principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement strategies.
