About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and Risk to join our Board of Directors. This is a key role that will be responsible for all matters of governance, legal, regulatory, communications, complaints, and risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assurance to the CEO, Chair, and Board on complex matters
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver results in a complex environment
  • Manage the combined functions of legal, governance, risk, assurance, communications, complaints, and board development
  • Work with Executive and Non-Executive Directors, Governors, and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
