Job Title: Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team at Ask Recruiting Limited. As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining domestic gas and renewable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and replace domestic gas and heat pump systems.
  • Diagnose and repair gas and renewable systems with a focus on first-time fixes.
  • Service gas and renewable systems to extend their lifespan.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to customer regulations.
  • Meet self-motivation targets to complete workload within required timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Hold relevant Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, HTR1, CENWAT, ACS.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic gas engineering, including 1st and 2nd fixing.
  • Experience with Air Source heat pumps is preferred but not essential.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and Heating.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Full and clean driving license.
  • IT competence.
  • Ability to pass a DBS check.
