POSITION SUMMARY

Senior Compliance Monitoring Executive

An exceptional opportunity exists within Admiral Compliance for an individual to become an integral part of the monitoring team, contributing significantly to the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing comprehensive monitoring assessments of regulatory topics, internal divisions, and operational processes to guarantee adherence to regulations while ensuring exemplary customer service.
  • Executing ad-hoc evaluations as directed by the Monitoring Manager and Head of Compliance.
  • Generating thorough and professional reports on identified issues and securing consensus from relevant stakeholders regarding necessary actions and timelines.
  • Enhancing knowledge of Admiral Group to effectively participate in ongoing evaluations and the annual Monitoring Strategy.
  • Providing support to the Monitoring team and Monitoring Manager as needed.
  • Assisting with reporting obligations where applicable.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage and execute monitoring evaluations of regulatory topics, internal divisions, and operational processes, engaging with personnel at all levels within Admiral and the broader Group.
  • Promptly highlight significant findings.
  • Ensure timely closure of actions with appropriate evidence, minimizing delays and communicating any issues at the earliest opportunity.
  • Represent Admiral Compliance in pertinent meetings.
  • Foster and maintain essential stakeholder relationships across Admiral and the wider Group.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in building collaborative relationships and achieving consensus with all internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, capable of working independently and proactively.
  • Adept at analyzing and interpreting complex information clearly and logically.
  • Skilled in conducting interviews to assess the risk landscape and controls.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and routine tasks under pressure.
  • Objective with prompt and confident decision-making abilities.
  • Commercially astute, proactive, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and listening capabilities.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Possessing or willing to pursue relevant qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits

We do not have a fixed salary for this role, as it will depend on the successful candidate's experience. We welcome CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and are open to discussing the compensation package.
