About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Curriculum Manager to join our team at Activate Learning. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality curricula that equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen careers.

As a Curriculum Manager, you will inspire and innovate, driving quality teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure learners and your team have an outstanding experience. You will work closely with Faculty Coordinators to ensure high-quality organisation and compliance, and may be required to cover some teaching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curricula that meet the needs of students and employers
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance student outcomes and experiences
  • Collaborate with Faculty Coordinators to ensure high-quality organisation and compliance
  • Contribute to the development of teaching and learning strategies to support student success

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Knowledge of either UAL, BTEC, and T Level qualifications standards
  • Aptitude for using technology to enhance learning
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
